RSC Fall 2018/Spring 2019 Tryout Schedule

Will be held during the month of May for all ages.  Notice will be sent out a few weeks prior through email, schools and social media.

Rumson participates in the Monmouth Ocean Soccer Association (MOSA) Travel League. M.O.S.A. provides a vehicle for both boys and girls to play soccer. Rumson Soccer Club ("RSC") divisions are set up for ages of Under 9 to Under 16 years of age in the current season.

Travel Team Tryout Procedures

  • All travel teams are required to have an announced open tryout each year.
  • A mid-season tryout may be conducted only if a spot is open. This tryout must be an announced open tryout.
  • All tryouts must have a third party evaluator and this must be on record with the Recreation Director.
  • A new resident, who moves into town after the tryout or a child who was sick and unable to attend the tryout, may report to the first practice, at which time the coach will determine if that child will be accepted onto the team for that season.
