Participants will learn the techniques involved in various Track & Field events including training, sprints, distance, shot put, discus, high jump and long jump. Ages 8-14. Athletes will be separated by age as appropriate. Takes place on Meadow Ridge Park with Coach Trocchia and Coach Schulte, RFHRHS Head Track Coaches. Ages 8-14 at the start of camp.

Camp Dates;

Session 1: 6/8-6/9 -  4pm-6pm. $75

Session 2: 6/22-6/25 -  930am-12pm. $150
