Participants will learn the techniques involved in various Track & Field events including training, sprints, distance, shot put, discus, high jump and long jump. Athletes will be separated by age as appropriate. Takes place on Meadow Ridge Park with Coach Trocchia and Coach Schulte, RFHRHS Head Track Coaches. Ages 8-14 at the start of camp.

Camp Dates:

Two-Day Camps 

Session 1: June 14 & 15, 2021 -  4:00 pm-6:30 pm. $75 Per Camper

Session 2: June 16 & 17, 2021-  4:00 pm-6:30 pm. $75 Per Camper

Four Day Camp 

June 21-24, 2021 - 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM. $150 Per Camper
