Participants will learn the techniques involved in various Track & Field events including training, sprints, distance, shot put, discus, high jump and long jump. Ages 8-14. Athletes will be separated by age as appropriate. Takes place on RFHHS track with Coach Lippart, RFHRHS Head Girls Track Coach. Ages 8-14 at the start of camp.

Camp Dates;

Session 1: 6/12-6/13 Rain Date 6/14.  4pm-630pm. $75

Session 2: 6/19-6/20 Rain Date 6/21.  4pm-630pm. $75

Session 3: 6/26-6/29 Rain Date 6/30.  930am-12pm. $150
