Kids and Adult Beginner Sessions - This course will start out with the basics. The class will cover the parts of the board, paddle and water safety. We will progress through all of the strokes, sweeps and turns so we can venture out of the Victory Park cove to check out the river.  All of the equipment is provided but please come with closed toed water shoes, sunscreen, water and a snack. No flip flops.

River Adventure-This outing is for those paddlers that have experience on a board and are confident in their strokes and board handling.  We'll head out for about a 3 mile river paddle depending on the conditions. The sessions will be spent exploring the coves, shoreling and possibly the islands to the east side of the bridge on the beautiful Navesink River.  All equipment is provided, water shoes strongly recommended. Please come with closed toed water shoes, sunscreen, water and a snack. No flip flops.
