Required Equipment:

Mask, Stick, Shin Guards, Mouth Guard, Goggles (Goalkeepers need own equipment)

TO TEACH YOUNG GIRLS THE RIGHT WAY TO:

1. PLAY FIELD HOCKEY BY USING POSITIVE COACHING TECHNIQUES.

2. BASIC SKILLS IN ALL PHASES OF THE GAME; SHOOTING, PASSING, CORNERS, STICKWORK AND DEFENSE.

3. INSTRUCTION ALSO INCLUDES; COMMUNICATION SKILLS, TEAMWORK, THINKING ON THE MOVE AND THE IMPORTANCE OF A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

4. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE GAME!
