2019 RFH Crew Winter Conditioning - Boys/Girls Session 2 (no experience) Rowing
Schedule for each session is built around the RFH strength and conditioning (S&C) program. It is highly encouraged all athletes, especially those new to the program, participate in S&C.
Boys Session II: For new athletes/ THOSE WHO HAVEN'T COMPETED IN A REGATTA ONLY
If you have not competed in a regatta, you must attend this session:
**All athletes are expected to
arrive 15 minutes prior to practice to properly warm-up and stretch.

Mon: 5-6:15
Tue: 5-6:15
Wed: 6-7:15
Sat: 7:00-8:30am
Participation in winter training does not guarantee a spot on the spring roster
