2018 RFH Crew Winter Conditioning - Boys Session 2 (no experience) Rowing
Schedule for each session is built around the RFH strength and conditioning (S&C) program. It is highly encouraged all athletes, especially those new to the program, participate in S&C.
Boys Session II: For new athletes/ THOSE WHO HAVEN'T COMPETED IN A REGATTA ONLY
If you have not competed in a regatta, you must attend this session:
Water Tank Training has been cancelled.
**All athletes are expected to
arrive 15 minutes prior to practice to properly warm-up and stretch.
Boys Session II: For new

competed in a regatta, you must attend this session::
Mon: 4-5pm
Wed: 5:30-6:45pm
Th: 5:30-6:45pm
Sat: 7:00-8:15am
