GIRLS LACROSSE SPRING PROGRAM: Rumson Recreation runs the Girls Lacrosse program for Rumson and Fair Haven residents, open to girls in Grades 1 - 8.


2023 Key Dates for Girls Lacrosse:

  • Registration Opens February 2023. NO Late Fee.  Availability is determined by coach, field availability, state and local permission.  Space is not guaranteed - please register early.
  • Season starts early April depending on coaches' availability, weather and permission.
  • Grade 3 & 4 Season runs mid April through early June.  Games may be on weekdays, Saturdays or Sundays.  
  • Grade 1 & 2 Clinic April - Mid-June 15, Saturday mornings. 
  • INTRODUCING CHILL LAX - Rumson Rec Girls Lacrosse League For 5TH Through 8TH Graders. 
  • Coaches - Mandatory Team Selection & Safety Review meeting will take place in March 
  • Please note: all players are required to obtain insurance through US Lacrosse via this link: https://membership.usalacrosse.com/login

  • Girls Lax Clinic - First Grade

    Lacrosse · Female 1st Grade

    A 60 minute program on Saturdays from 10am-11am in April and May. Children will learn basics of LAX by doing a variety of fun and engaging activities. Open to Rumson and Fair Haven residents.
