2019 RFH Crew Winter Conditioning -Boys Session 1 (experienced) Rowing
Schedule for each session is built around the RFH strength and conditioning (S&C) program. It is highly encouraged all athletes, especially those new to the program, participate in S&C.
Boys Session I: Only for experienced athletes that have COMPETED IN AT LEAST 1 REGATTA
**All athletes are expected to
arrive 15 minutes prior to practice to properly warm-up and stretch.
Boys Session I Experienced:
Mon: 3-4:30pm
Wed: 3-4:30pm
Th: 3-4:30pm
Fri: 3-4:30pm
Sat: 10-11:30am
Participation in winter training does not guarantee a spot on the spring roster
