2017 RFH Crew Winter Conditioning -Boys Session 1 Rowing
Schedule for each session is built around the RFH strength and conditioning (S&C) program. It is highly encouraged all athletes, especially those new to the program, participate in S&C.
Boys Session I:
Mon: 2:45-3:55
Wed: 3-4:15
Th: 4:15-5:30
Sat: 7:30-8:45am
CBA Indoor water training schedule will be established by the RFH Rowing Coaches.
Possible times are below.
1) Mon 12/11-Wed 12/13: 5:30- 8:30PM, Sat 12/16: 12-3PM
2) Mon 2/5- Wed 2/7: 5:30- 8:30PM, Sat 2/10: 12-3PM
3) Mon 3/5- Wed 3/7: 5:30-8:30PM
