2017 RFH Crew Winter Conditioning - Girls Session 2 (no experience) Rowing
Schedule for each session is built around the RFH strength and conditioning (S&C) program. It is highly encouraged all athletes, especially those new to the program, participate in S&C.
Girls Session II: For new athletes/ THOSE WHO HAVEN�??�?�¢??T COMPETED IN A REGATTA ONLY If you have not competed in a regatta, you must attend this session:
Mon: 5-6:16
Tu: 4:15-5:30
Th: 6:45-8
Sat: 11:15-12:30
Possible times are below.
1) Mon 12/11-Wed 12/13: 5:30- 8:30PM, Sat 12/16: 12-3PM
2) Mon 2/5- Wed 2/7: 5:30- 8:30PM, Sat 2/10: 12-3PM
3) Mon 3/5- Wed 3/7: 5:30-8:30PM
